Scouting Groups

NECC is home to SIX Scouting groups:
Girl Scout Troops 50293, 50294, 50453, and 50923; Boy Scout Cub Pack 3111; and, Boy Scout Troop 111. Below is some information provided by the various groups; you may contact them directly, or the church office, if your family would like to explore the world of Scouting.


Cub Scout Pack 3111 (a boys Pack for grade K-5), meets Thursday nights, 6:30-7:30pm on the 1^st, 3^rd, and 4^th Thursday of every month. (The 2nd Thursday is a committee meeting where parents are encouraged to attend and give input on activities. In fact, parents and siblings are allowed to attend all Pack events.) Pack 3111 has visited the NASA John H. Glenn Research Center and art museums, camped, fished, conducted Pinewood Derby and regatta boat races, hosted rocket days, participated in parades, and more.
